Terms of Service
The service
Fresh Lid Co. provides curbside trash and recycling bin washing in our published service area. By booking, you authorize us to access the bin at the curbside on the scheduled visit date.
Plans and billing
We offer one-time, monthly, and seasonal (every three months) plans. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time through the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges; we do not refund the current period.
Smile guarantee
If you're not happy with a wash, tell us within 7 days and we'll re-wash at no charge. If it's still not right after the re-wash, we'll refund that visit.
Reschedules and weather
We wash through light rain. For storms, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions, we'll text you and reschedule for the next available date.
Your responsibilities
- Have the bin at the curb on the scheduled visit date.
- Keep your address, phone, and email up to date.
- Use the service for residential bins unless you have a commercial agreement with us.
Limitation of liability
Bins washed by Fresh Lid Co. may show wear, fading, or cosmetic marks consistent with their age and prior use. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant visit.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We can refuse or terminate service for any reason, including non-payment, abuse, or if a property is unsafe to access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
