What we collect
When you sign up or buy a wash, Fresh Lid Co. collects your name, email address, phone number, and service address. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To schedule and deliver your bin-washing service.
- To send you account-related email (sign-in links, receipts).
- To text you reminders the day before each visit, and a "your bins are clean" message after. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the vendors needed to run the service:
- Stripe — payments and billing.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Twilio — SMS reminders.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support refunds, disputes, and recordkeeping required by law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing freshlidco.com@gmail.com.
Your choices
You can update your name, phone, and address from your account page. You can cancel your subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your account page). You can unsubscribe from SMS by replying STOP.
